The terms that apply when you use Test Magic. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: 13 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Test Magic website and online practice platform (the "Service"), operated by Test Magic ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent, guardian or adult (such as a tutor or teacher). If you are setting up access for a child, you do so as the responsible adult and you are responsible for supervising the child's use. Student logins created under your account are your responsibility.
We offer a free diagnostic test for each exam with no payment details required. Full practice content is available through paid packages, priced per test. Prices, inclusions and available billing terms are shown on the relevant package and pricing pages and may change from time to time; changes do not affect access you have already paid for.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
All questions, tests, explanations, designs, text and other materials on the Service are owned by Test Magic or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own (or your child's or students') exam preparation only. All other rights are reserved.
Test Magic is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the bodies that run official Selective, Opportunity Class, NAPLAN or Scholarship tests. Our practice materials, scores, percentiles, leaderboards and any "placement" or readiness indicators are designed to help with preparation and are indicative only. They are not a prediction or guarantee of any result in an official test.
Some features (such as our chat assistant and writing feedback) use automated and AI-based tools. These are provided to assist learning and may not always be accurate or complete. They are not a substitute for professional educational advice.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may update, change or withdraw features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law our liability arising from your use of the Service is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you paid for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
